We make every effort to ensure that vehicle descriptions, specifications, photographs, and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Vehicle specifications may vary, and images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colour, trim, and features may differ. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The final sale price will be confirmed in writing at the point of purchase. Additional costs such as registration fees, insurance, or delivery charges will be communicated before the sale is finalised.

5. Vehicle Reservations and Deposits

A vehicle reservation may require a deposit. Deposit amounts and refund terms will be communicated at the time of reservation. Deposits may be non-refundable if you cancel without valid cause. Specific deposit terms will be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

6. Vehicle Purchase and Payment

All vehicle purchases are subject to a formal sale agreement. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, cash (subject to legal limits), and financing through approved partners. Full payment or confirmed financing must be completed before vehicle delivery. Title and ownership of the vehicle transfer to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment.

7. Vehicle Condition and Warranty

All vehicles are sold as described at the point of sale. Pre-owned vehicles are sold based on their age and mileage condition. We recommend that buyers conduct their own independent inspection prior to purchase. Any warranty provided will be detailed in the sale agreement. Statutory consumer rights under Cyprus law are not affected by these Terms.

8. Test Drives

Test drives are available by appointment. You must hold a valid driving licence and present it before the test drive. You are responsible for any traffic violations incurred during the test drive. We reserve the right to refuse a test drive at our discretion.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Vehicle sales are generally final. There is no automatic right of return once a sale agreement has been signed and payment completed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If a defect is discovered that was not disclosed at the time of sale, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the matter.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CP Grade Quality Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of any vehicle. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the vehicle in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Cyprus law.
